Compliance Monitoring Manager Operations (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

As Compliance Monitoring Manager Operations, you will be a key part of LUMINAIR’s Integrated Management System and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Development and continuous update of the annual audit programme
  • Planning, preparation, and conduct of internal and external audits (AOC, CAMO, third parties)
  • Monitoring compliance with EASA, German and international aviation regulations
  • Acting as a focal point for authorities, customers, and external agencies
  • Identification of findings, root causes, and follow-up of corrective actions
  • Evaluation and implementation of new or amended regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of LUMINAIR’s Integrated Management System
  • Contributing to risk assessments and compliance monitoring activities across operations

Ihr Profil

Qualifications
  • Degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field or ATPL / equivalent aviation qualification
  • Completed auditor training (e.g. ISO / aviation auditor)
  • Training in Root Cause Analysis and Risk Assessment
  • Solid knowledge of EASA Air Operations and applicable German regulations
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business aviation
  • Proven experience in a Compliance Monitoring or Quality role within an aviation environment
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Management Systems
  • Experience in conducting audits and managing findings
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Language & Legal Requirements
  • Fluent German (mandatory) and very good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Eligibility for a Valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
  • The right to live and work in Germany / EU
